As your new state director, I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of our coaches, athletes and parents to, what is sure to be, another successful athletic season in NC USSSA Basketball.

Although the leadership has changed the USSSA commitment to grooming and developing superior athletes remains the same. North Carolina USSSA sets out to be the most outstanding amateur sports organization by providing parents and coaches the opportunities and tools to uplift and transform athletes. Basketball is more than a game; basketball is a teacher of life lessons and everlasting values. North Carolina USSSA wants athletes of all backgrounds and levels of play to have the opportunity to learn from the game and grow both on and off the court. With the role of parents and coaches being pivotal to this goal, North Carolina USSSA wants to empower both parties in facilitating memorable, positive moments that last a lifetime.

There has never been a better time to play USSSA Basketball in the State of North Carolina. Finally, I would like to thank all of our teams, players, parents and coaches for choosing to play with the USSA. I realize there are many leagues to choose from but we pride ourselves in offering events that are, affordable, competitive, and showcase some of the best youth athletes in the state.
